Working with you to determine the level of security staffing required, we will then pull fully-trained, properly certified security professionals from our pool of over 300 employees.

Training

Training is mandatory for all employees and the company strongly believes it is the key to employee success, motivation and retention. By enlisting the services of Ravensberg College, a leading Atlantic Canadian Educator for Law Enforcement and Private Security, we ensure all guards obtain the best training available on the market. Basic training includes, but is not limited to: legal articulation, report writing, non-violent crisis intervention, patrol procedures and WHMIS.

Resources

Reliant Security equips its uniformed staff with high visibility, high-quality professional uniforms that include winter and summer jackets, coats, gloves, winter and summer shirts, among others. The look is professional and appropriate for the assignment. Reliant Security provides all necessary equipment: complete duty belts, 2-way radios, cellular phones with cameras, body armour, batons, and handcuffs when applicable.
